So I call this the 'girly' subscription box. This is great for females of any age, who want a sub box for that time of the month. I do think my daughter would enjoy this as much as I do!

100% PURE & NATURAL LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL Review

This Lavender Essential Oil is perfect for our family, as we go through a lot of Lavender oil. We use this in the diffuser as well as in the bath water for a very relaxing time. 
I have also broken this down with carrier oil and put in a roller bottle, to use as a natural perfume. It's perfect to carry with me in my purse or clutch.
Lavender oil has many uses, which I haven't even considered yet, but might eventually. For now, the diffuser, bath, and roller bottle has worked great for us. My daughter loves it just as much as I do.
This bottle is HUGE. 4 oz may not seem like much when you just hear 'four ounces', however, when you get the bottle, you will totally understand! The bottle is about as big as my hand, and is a dark amber glass bottle.

Heart Felt Bamboo Reusable Menstrual Pads

So in an effort to go eco friendly, I decided to give these bamboo menstrual pads a shot. I have never tried reusable pads before. So this is a whole new experience for me.

There are a few upsides to using these.

• Less trash; You won't be taking out the bathroom trash as often as before. In turn means your bathroom won't smell like trash either between take outs.
• Eco Friendly; Because you're not taking out the trash as often, and not disposing of near as much waste, you're doing good for the environment!
• Less Irritation; If you have skin issues or have reactions to the plastic/foam that they put in store bought pads these days, you don't have to worry about that anymore!
• Reuseable; Just wash them and use them again!

The only downside I see to these is more laundry. However, if you toss them in a garment bag (I have one specifically set aside for these now, they don't take up much space, and you can probably fit them in with your regular underwear load. OR you can handwash them. They are comfortable, absorbent and soft. I haven't had any spill over or 'accidents' yet with these either. They are also long enough for those of us who can't use those short little 5 inch or smaller pads. I highly recommend them!

Easy@Home 3 in 1 Non-contact Infrared Thermometer Review

Okay, so when my fiance and I moved here, we had to purchase quite a few thing for the home. One of the few things we didn't have, is a thermometer. You'd think with kids in the house, that would have been on of the first things we would have gotten right? Wrong! All the times we have needed it, we put it on our grocery list, then somehow still end up forgetting it!

I was super excited to get this thermometer. The 'Non-Contact' drew me in. No more buying sleeves, or washing it constantly when someone is sick. I had never even heard of a non contact thermometer before, so I was super curious.

This thermometer is fantastic really. I've been playing with it for a while sine it arrived. You can take body temperature, surface temp, and room temp. That is totally awesome. All with the touch of a button. Simply point and click to measure temp of whatever you wish!

The screen lights up well, and the LCD is very easy to read. You can change between body, surface and room simply by pressing mode until you get what you want. You can change it between C and F as well, and there is even a memory button.

This is very light and easy to use, pretty much self explanitory, but it does come with a book if you need help. It includes a case to keep it in, as well as 2 AAA batteries. You are able to turn the sound off and on with the push of a button on the side as well.

Mosiso® High Accuracy Digital Bathroom Scale Review

This scale is pretty great. It's easy to use, and hasn't given me any issues (the last one I bought from the store, would only work if you stood in a specific way on it, otherwise it gave errors).

This is a glass scale, with a pretty large backlit LCD display. It works well on any hard surface. It wouldn't work on carpet. The numbers are super easy to read, especially with the bright blue light.

You can change units on this scale as well. I prefer mine in pounds, but you could have it in kgs if you prefer as well. It weighs up to 400 pounds (which is great, most store bought scales won't go that high).

I found out yesterday that this scale is pretty darn accurate. I weighted myself before going to the doctor office. It was only 2 pounds off. It said I weighed 2 pounds more than the doc office said I did. Close enough for me, and now I know it is 2 pounds heavier than they are. I've never had a scale that was that close to the doc office's scale.

This is a sleek and classy looking scale and sure to fit in whatever decor you have in your bathroom. You simply put it where you want, it will not slide around when you step on it, and step on. It will auto come on and start reading your weight, very quickly I might add, then shut itself off when you are done.

This takes 4 AAA batteries, which are included inside the scale when it comes in the mail. This also comes with a cloth measuring tape as well, Which is pretty darned awesome if you are keeping measurements as you're trying to lose weight.

Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil Softgels Review

These softgels are great for those looking for an alternative to the spoonful of coconut oil. This is a great way to get that coconut oil in your life if you can't stomach it by the spoonful (as I cannot).

In my family, we totally stress about dental hygiene! I was super excited when I found this subscription box on the web because it helps you accomplish exactly that.

This box is very personalized. Let me tell you a bit about it!

When you go to the sign-up page, one of the first noticeable things, right at the top of the page, is that they donate! Every time you make a purchase, they donate a brush to someone in need! This is an awesome cause, and made me want to learn more about this.

When you click the 'sign-up' button, you get to customize your package. It will ask you how many people are in your household (up to 6 people). You can then choose every single month for delivery, every other month, or every three months.

Vitamin D Gummy Bears Review

These Vitamin D Gummy Bears are going to help me so much. I am one of those who doesn't drink enough milk or get enough VitaD in my life. I was excited to take these.

First off, they are fruity little bears. Not quite like the gummy bears you would buy in the grocery store. They are a bit more sugary type bears than that - texture wise. They are gelatin and gluten free. A bonus for those who do everything gluten free!

The recommended dose is 2-3 bears for children and adults over 9 years of age. 1-2 for those under 9 years of age. I eat two of them every morning. I do like that I can read and understand each and every ingredient listed on the bottle. No funky supercalafragalistic ingredients that make you bite your tongue when you're trying to pronounce them.

These taste good as well. Very fruity, and don't leave a nasty aftertaste in your mouth. OriGlam® 100ML Humidifier Essential Oil Diffuser Review

I am loving this diffuser. Part of what I love is that it is so simple to use! You simply remove the outer shell by giving it a gentle twist, and lifting it up. Then remove the inner cap by lifting. Afterwards, you fill up with water (with the enclosed mini pitcher), and add a few drops of your fave essential oil (not required, but gives the mist a scent). Replace both caps and turn on! You can run this with or without the light. There is High, Med, and Low settings, and changes to 7 different colors. The mist WILL run without the light on, although my children love the light.

The mist coming out of it when it is on, is very cool. My children love swirling it around and playing with it. If you add oil, it produces just the right amount of scent, and will produce that scent until the well runs dry. You don't have to put more oil in, until you put more water in. I personally wipe it out with a paper towel after each use so that any leftover oil residue that might be in there, won't be next time I refill and add a new scent. There is an internal red light, that will flash when the water is too low, or out. That way you don't burn it up. I have not found an auto off feature for this yet, so I don't believe there is one.

The base comes in Blue, Dark Wood, Pink and White. I love the blue, as this will be given to my son for his birthday since he's been begging me for a diffuser in his room.

These tweezers are awesome! Best tweezers I have had in a while.

The points of the tweezers meet up very well. SO much better than the cheap ones you get at the store. They grip very well because of this. Meaning you can pluck your eyebrows, get ingrown hairs, splinters, you name it, and the tweezers will actually grip what you are after. They have a tapered tip, which means you can get those stubborn hairs as well.

These things are large enough for my hands without being overly large. I can grip them well, and pinch them easily, without them flipping out of my hand, or hurting me (I have arthritis, so it's hard sometimes, but these make it easy). They are longer, so they lay in your hand correctly as well.

They are very well made. Strong, like they will last quite a while. I don't feel that they will bend if you pinch them too hard (which my husband has a tenancy to do). Seriously these are not cheaply made tweezers. You will not regret this purchase.

The price may seem a bit high, but don't get deterred by that. You will NOT have to replace these for a very very long time. So in the end, you're saving money, because you won't be buying several pairs over the next few years. These will become a staple in your household!

Mosiso® - Ultra Thin High Accuracy Digital Bathroom Scale Review

I am in love with my new scale! Aside from the fact that it is pretty and pink, it's nice and sleek. Very stylish, and so easy to use!

This beautiful bathroom scale is very pretty and large. It's big enough for me or my husbands big ol' feet, to step on without hanging over the edge. It works immediately when you step on it, and weighs up to 400lbs. It's very thin, with four feet on the bottom, to keep it up off the floor. No more having issues because of cheap scales that 'bow' in the middle and hit the floor and don't weigh you right.

All you have to do to turn this scale on, is step on it. Nothing more. It will start to read your weight right then and there. No buttons to push or anything. When you're done, step off, and it will immediately shut down. No problems there either.

You also have the choice of using lbs or kg, at the push of a button. The button is on the bottom side, and is clearly labeled for you to see. This also only takes 1 large watch type battery. So easy to replace as well. It's in the same spot as the button for the units. A heads up though, took me a bit to find it. Before you weigh on this, you must remove the battery cover, and remove the plastic strip out of the battery compartment for it to work. Common sense, but I didn't think about it at first LOL.

Because this scale is glass top, it's so easy to clean! Just wipe it down with disinfecting wipes, or cleaner and a rag and voila! Easy peasy! I do this after my boys step on it, because I know they always deal with athletes foot, being sweaty boys. I don't have to worry about a textured surface, and not getting it clean enough for the next person.

The numbers on this are very large and easy to read, without any issues. I can see them while standing on the scale, without having to get off and lean down to see what it reads. This also comes with a fantastic cloth measuring tape, which has a 'fastener' so that you don't have to hold it while you measure! Great touch!

Overall this is a pretty great bathroom scale and I love it and recommend it to anyone wanting to upgrade.

I absolutely love this Lemon Essential Oil! Lemon is one of my favorite scents. This is therapeutic grade unfiltered lemon essential oil. It comes in a dark brown glass bottle, with a glass dropper as well. The dropper makes for easier 'pouring'. If you have ever had to pour essential oil, instead of using a dropper, you'll understand how much better it is! This is a huge 4 oz bottle, that will last quite some time if you use it sparingly like I do.

There are many uses for lemon essential oil, but I love just dropping a few drops into my diffuser and kicking back to the wonderful scent. It's such a clean and relaxing scent in my opinion. I have chronic muscle and joint pain. Severe RA kicks my butt regularly. I was all too excited to try out this joint cream.

The list of things that this will help with seems forever long. Most of them, I am all for trying! My biggest is because of my RA, and my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. It also doesn't have a horrible stench like a lot of joint creams do. It doesn't have much of a scent at all, thankfully.

42 BEES Slant Tip Tweezers Review & Giveaway

These tweezers are pretty awesome. I hate going to the store and buying tweezers in packages, where you can't really see much, only to find out later that they are crap and don't pinch diddly! Well these are NOT like that!

The 'pinch' on these is amazingly accurate. They grip the hair (or whatever you are using them for) with ease and don't let go until you release pressure. The tips come together perfectly and with ease. They are easy to use and pinch together as well. They will grab the finest hair or splinter without issue. I love that the tip is stainless steel and has a fine point as well! For those tough to get splinters or hairs.

Another fave feature I have is the eyebrow comb on the opposite end. It's the feature you never knew you needed... Until you had it. Now I wonder why I did without it all these years! This is seriously one tool that covers all your eyebrow plucking needs!

The best part though, is that they are not some puny little pair of tweezers. They are big enough to hold, with ease, squeeze with ease and not worry about dropping. I hate tiny little pairs of tweezers. you look at them thinking "What am I going to do with these micro things?"... Never again!

Ankle Compression Sleeves Review

I was skeptical of these socks (well sleeves) when I ordered them. They claim to help relieve Plantar Fasciitis because of the compression band in them. While I do not have PF, I do have chronic pain in my feet at any given time during the day (Fibro). I was hoping that these would help with that. So I went about ordering a Large because I figured that would be the correct size for me.

My first thought when they arrived was "No Freakin Way!". I thought they were way too thin to be able to do a danged thing for me. I figured, if anything, they would fall apart within a few days. I decided to try them anyway, because I was curious (and because I needed to review them). 

The instructions are simple. Especially if you're a woman who's ever worn panty hose.

1.Scrunch up the sleeve 2. Put your toes through 3. Slowly bring the sleeve up towards the ankle 4. Make sure the heel sits in the proper place.

So as I went to scrunch them up, to put my toes through, I was going to scream. They are SO very hard to open up enough to put on, for me anyway. I haven't worn hose in years, so I am a bit out of practice. Nonetheless I got them on. I made sure that my heel was cradled in the right spot, and then just sat there for a bit.

After a while, I started to notice a little less pain in my feet. Honest to goodness! My feet feel 'compressed' as they should. You know when you have muscle pain, and a little pressure on the spot soothes and makes it feel better? Yup, it's like that. My feet feel amazing while wearing these! They are such a PITA to put on and take off, but they are SO VERY WORTH IT! After wearing them for a full day, I can go to bed, and try to sleep without foot pain keeping me awake (we won't talk about the rest of the pain in my body LOL).

They do not cut off circulation or make me feel uncomfortable. They are very thin, so they shouldn't make my feet sweat (haven't worn them with full shoes yet), and they have no toes, so I can still wear my flip flops with them! Stylish, right? Haha

I'm not kidding, these things are amazing. Not just for those with PF, but those who deal with foot pain for any reason. Even might get my husband a pair now, because he is on his feet all day at work. I really do love them, and all my doubts are out the window!

Continuon Menstrual Cup Review

I decided that I wanted to give the Menstrual cup a try for a couple reasons. One of them because it would save me money on feminine products. The second is because it is eco friendly. No more disposable crap. I had heard of these a couple years ago, but hadn't spent the money on one yet.

The cup comes with instructions (via email) shortly after you purchase. It's very easy to use. You pinch the opening together, so it is flat. Then you fold it so the top is folded in half. You then insert as you would a tampon. Afterwards, you give it a twist, and SLIGHTLY bear down on it, to make the seal. It kind of 'suction cups' to you, to make sure you don't leak. Don't worry if you don't get this right, and have to retry. I sure as heck didn't get it on my first try. Practice makes perfect, right?

The concept of this cup is completely amazing. You wear it and it catches... well, you know. After a few hours, you go to the bathroom, remove and empty, wash it up, and re-insert it. Make sure you are washing it with sensitive soap, you don't want to use a perfumed soap. Personally, I carry a 'travel' bottle of soap with me when I am going somewhere. Something small, that will fit in my purse (this is also a good idea in case you enter a bathroom that has no soap left in it, even when not on your cycle). There is a 'peg' of sorts hanging off of it, to help with removal. This would be in comparison to a tampon string. 

It comes in two sizes. So if you have wider hips, you might want a large instead of a small. The small works for me fine, but I probably need a large one instead. 

This comes with a nice carry bag, so if you aren't using it, you can wash it up and put it in the bag to help keep it from getting too germy. I still recommend washing it before each use, even if it's been in the bag for a while.

I find this to be very comfortable. I don't even notice it is there. Sometimes I even forget. I've been able to sleep with it, swim, etc. Without issue. This is made of FDA grade silicone, not latex or anything like that.

As I stated earlier, the best part of this is not having to spend bookoos amount of money on tampons and pads. I still wear liners with this, just in case I didn't get the seal right and it leaks. I've seen minor leaks so far, but nothing major when wearing it. The other great reason is you are no longer putting all that cycle waste in the trash. This means you are helping the environment. If you're all about living green, then this is something you really should try.

Another great idea. If you are someone who has problems with your cycle, and has to monitor how much blood loss you have. I plan on taking this with me to my next Doc visit. I'm going to figure out how much it holds. This means I can measure how much loss I have each time I have to empty it, so I can report the EXACT amount, instead of just telling my doc that I was super heavy, without any real clue.

As with all items I review like this. I want to remind you that I am  NOT a doctor. If you think this will cause issues, you should discuss it with your doctor before purchasing this or using it. I asked mine, because I have had cancer surgeries, and she said it will still be fine to use. Just to discontinue use if I have issues with it.

Easy@Home Digital Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor Review

Okay, so as we all know... we're not getting any younger. My husband is a few years older than me as well. I already have a slue of health issues, including high blood pressure. With him getting older, and my health problems, I thought it would beneficial to have a blood pressure monitor around the house.

Personally I don't like arm cuffs. I know some say they are more accurate than wrist ones. However, when taking my OWN blood pressure, in my OWN house I get to choose whatever the heck I want, right?

When ordering, I knew this cuff would fit me with no issue. I worried that it might be so tight that it would cut off cirulation, like some do (heck even some arm ones do). I hate that feeling. This DOES NOT do that! It fits comfortably and doesn't cut off the circulation. It also takes my blood pressure VERY quickly, along with with my heart rate. I love that it has storage spots for when you take your BP as well. It even has the time when you take it, right on the screen. Just hit the power button once putting it on, and wait.

Another great feature is it has the instruction booklet included. I HATE getting a product that should have instructions but doesn't! It also has a great carry case for when it is not in use. This will protect it over the years. In addition to all of this, the batteries (included), are very easy to install. I can get the cover off without any issue.

Overall I LOVE this BP wrist cuff, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for one. Keep in mind though, this is NOT as accurate as going to a doctor and having them check your BP while you are there. Please do NOT use this as a substitute or replacement for that. This is simply for keeping a moderate track of your BP while at home.

Ace Acupressure Ear Magnets Review

These Ear Magnets are intended to help with so very much.

The two biggest reasons that I jumped all over this promotion were for smoking cessation and weight loss. The third main reason, was headaches. I deal with severe migraines, and if these can help, I'll be in heaven! The anxiety relief isn't such a bad idea for me either. They LOOKED easy to use, and was supposed to come with an eBook instructing me how to do so.

I thought these would work well for me, when I seen the photo. They looked like little discs, small, but mighty, you know? When I received them, I was sad that they turned out to be these little pin point magnet balls. Very small. Stuck on surgical tape. NOTHING like what they were shown to be in the photos. I was a bit upset that they weren't the discs that were shown, but after contacting the seller, they changed the photos, so that others won't be mislead. This is good.

I then had to figure out how to use them on my own, as the eBook never came. I still haven't gotten it. Thankfully there is a lot of information on the internet about the pressure points in your ears, for these magnets.

The surgical tape that they come on DOES NOT stick to my ear well. I have cleaned with alcohol, soap and water you name it. Made sure my ear was dry before applying. This is because I have a very oily type of skin I am guessing. Not 100% sure though. They stuck to my sons ears just fine.  He's young and doesn't have the oily skin issue yet, LOL. Absolutely no issues at all. Make sure to clean and dry your ears well before applying them.

The little bit that I have been able to warn them, and from what he told me when I applied to his ear, they aren't very noticeable. You can't even tell that they are in/on your ear. Therefore they are comfortable. He forgot he even had on in. After 2 days, we removed it, as I have read every few days to replace them, with a break in between. Obviously you want to give your ears a break, and not wear them 24/7/365.

The magnets are in little trays, with the tape along the tray. That way you don't lose the ones you aren't using, before you get a chance to use them. They are already stuck to the tape, so you don't have to worry about applying it that way. Just peel the little square of tape off, with the magnet already stuck to it, and pick a place to apply to your ear. Simple as pie. Lather, rinse, repeat every few days.

I go see my doctor in a couple weeks, and going to talk to her to see if we can find something that will make them stick to my ears. Maybe she will have some ideas. If any of y'all have had this issue and you have ideas, please share them with me! I'd love to use these more to help with my quitting smoking and aid in my losing weight. I will update when/if I figure something out for those of us with this issue!
