So, long story short. I ended up with a staph infection, pulmonary edema, and pneumonia. I spent quite some time in the ICU, had surgery, and then been down for a while at home. Also was diagnosed with diabetes, so I'm trying to get that under control as well.
However, I am now back, and will be doing reviews and such on my blog again. I can't wait to get back to some kind of normal! Keep your eyes peeled!

Snug Plug n Play Kids Headphones Review
These headphones are pretty great. My youngest boy loves them.
They are very 'kid' friendly. My son is 10 years old, and they are perfect for him.
They fit his head fantastically, and they have great sound.
The color choices are great for any child of any age.
These DO NOT fit an adult head, or at least not mine or my husbands. They fit all three of my children and for that I think they are great, as they are supposed to be kids headphones.
The cord is very thick and seems like it's pretty sturdy, and would last quite some time with the wear and tear from my children.
Each ear phone is padded very well to keep from causing any kind of pain.
These are compatible with any device that handles a headphone jack.
Overall these are fantastic headphones that I recommend for children everywhere.

My son fell in love with these headphones immediately when we received them. He stole them from me the second I tried them out to make sure they work well.
They easily connected to my phone and to his phone. I have also tried my tablet, and they worked on it well also.

40 Tan 2" X 2" Re-Usable Carbon Electrode Pads Review
These are great electrode pads. They work with both of my PLUG IN STYLE tens units. They WILL NOT work with the snap on kind at all. They are very large, which I love. Much larger than the ones that came with my unit. These are re-useable as well. Depending on how clean your skin is, and if you put them away properly, will depend on how long they will last. I figure I will get 10-20 uses out of them at least, before I have to start with a new pack. Each pack contains 4 stuck on one plastic sheet inside the ziplock bag.
Overall these are great TENS pads, and I highly recommend them.

Easy@Home TENS UNIT Review
This TENS unit works VERY well. I HIGHLY recommend starting on a low setting if this is your first time using one. Otherwise, you could be in for quite a shock.
This is the PLUG IN kind of TENS unit, NOT the snap on kind. Meaning that you need plug in pads, when you replace your pads. The snap on kind won't work at all. The power is on each side. You turn the nob and it will turn it on for you. Then you choose where you have it (joint, back etc). Then you can change the speed and the pulse.
When you are done, you can put the pads back on the cover, and save them to use for next time. You will get a few uses out of the pads when you use them, as they can be used over and over. Depending on how clean your skin is, would depend on how many uses you get out of them, as well as if you put them back on the plastic or not.
This DOES come with 4 AAA batteries which you will need. When I replace these, I will buy rechargeables, so I always have batteries on hand!
The cords for these are PLENTY long enough for whatever your use is.

Popsicle Molds 6 pack Review
These silicone Popsicle molds are so much fun! They are easy to use. Just fill with whatever you want to make a popsicle out of, and stick in the freezer. I made a makeshift holder with cardboard, but you can apparently order holders online! Trust me, I'll be doing that!
They are very bright and colorful which seems to make them more fun, for some reason. It's a rainbow pack! My kids love picking their own colors. I think they've pretty much laid permanent claim on the ones they want LOL.
These are very well made and will last quite some time in our family from the look and feel of them. The lids are easy to remove and apply. Even my kids can make their own popsicles out of these. They have even been using them for just ice for their water bottles before their baseball games in the summer heat.
When full of water, if they are laid on the counter (as my children do every single danged time), they will not leak all over the place if the lid is on properly. This is an added bonus if you ahve kids that use them.

These are so much fun! My kids and I are all addicted to anything that glows. they make so many different products now. We were so excited to get these.

Garcinia Review
I’ve been taking this for a little bit now. I have seen no negative side effects. There is no bad interaction with my regular medications. The capsules are easy to swallow. The bottle is easy to open. There are 60 capsules in the bottle. I take 1 capsule before every meal. 30 minutes to one hour before. So far, I have lost a couple pounds. Nothing drastic. Then again, this is an AID to help you, not a ticket to shedding pounds. You must still diet, and workout, or this will not do the trick.
These really do suppress my appetite. I don’t find myself feeling hungry as often when taking them. I also don’t want to eat as much because of that/them. I am a MEGA foodie, so this is a good thing for me. I am one of those who will eat because it tastes good, not because I am hungry. Big bonus for me here!
Garcinia Cambogia is is a appetite suppressant. It can help aid in weight loss, and provide extra energy. Every bit of research I have done say one thing. TRUE Garcinia Cambogia should contain 1500-1600mg of the GC Extract, Potassium, and AT LEAST 60% HCA or more. THAT’S IT. Nothing more.
These capsules only contain 500 mg of GC, however, they contain 75% HCA. However no Potassium, and it does contain Calcium and Chromium.
WebMD states that Garcinia CAN cause nausea, digestive tract discomfort, and headache. I have found that almost all diet pills/appetite suppressants have these side effects. I have chronic headaches with or without taking anything. I haven’t had the frequency of my headaches change, but I do still get headaches as I did before. So I cannot honestly tell you if this causes them or not. I haven’t had an upset stomach or digestive issues though.
Regardless of if you choose to take this or not, ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS (I cannot stress this enough) consult with your doctor before taking any diet supplements. ESPECIALLY if you are on other medications.

Insulated Lunch Bag Review
I would have to say this is a great lunch bag for children. It's like taking a paper bag lunch, only it's insulated and black. About the same size though!
I was able to fit in a sandwich, a 20 oz bottle, some chips and a piece of fruit. There is a zipper pouch on the front of this as well, if you want to stash snacks, or small lunch silverware. As well as side mesh pockets for whatever you need them for.
This is well made, and feels like it will last the whole year for my son. The strap is adjustable as well, for any size person.

Oleavine Therapeutic Soap Review
I was curious about this soap when I saw that it had tea tree oil in it! We always put that in our body wash and shampoo, so naturally I wanted to try it.
The first thing I noticed was the size of the bottle. It's a decent size for the price, especially with all of it's therapeutic properties.
In our house, we have actually noticed a difference since using this. My sons athletes foot is gone. My dry skin itch is gone as well. The minty/tea tree oil smell is very relaxing and awesome in my opinion. It's a clean smell that just seems to make us feel good. I absolutely love it!
Overall it's a great soap that I do recommend.

DownIT Skull Shot Glass Review
I was pleasantly surprised with this shot glass when it arrived!
This is well made, and constructed better than others that I have tried in the past. The glass is thin, with a thicker base. The skull face is constructed nicely as well.
I find that the skull is easier to see when using an amber color liquor. Doesn't work with darker liquids, or lighter ones. You can still see it in certain lights, but it is best with a medium colored liquid.
You can use this for 1.5 - 2 oz shots. Right above the eyes is 1.5, and to the brim is 2. I prefer not to fill shot glasses to the brim, as I feel that too much of it spills and gets wasted if you do it that way. That is my personal preference though.
Overall this is a great shot glass to add to your collection, and I highly recommend it! I was happy to add it to mine!

Gourmet Import Shop Review
I was recently given the opportunity to review a few items from the Gourmet Import Shop (I will post their store links below!).
They have an amazing selection of pastas, sauces, vinegar's and oils... So many things to choose from!
The items that I received to review were Tomato Flavoured Vinegar, Chocolate/Ricotta Spread, Pistachio Spread, Pistachio Pesto, and a mixed bag of pasta.
My favorite thing from this store, is probably going to be their pastas! They have so many to choose from. Different types, colors, styles etc! I want to try them all! The bag I got had bows, twists, tubes, red, orange and green. You name it! Our family had fun making macaroni and cheese from scratch with these noodles! You do have to watch with the mixed bags, as some will cook faster than others. However, none of them over cooked while waiting on the slackers to catch up LOL.
I have been using the tomato flavored vinegar in EVERYTHING! I love it so much! It has that sour vinegar taste, with a rich tomato flavor in my opinion. It is the second favorite of my husband and I! It adds a bold flavor to most of our dishes! I've even put it in burgers for an added yumminess!
The Chocolate Ricotta spread is OMG amazing! When I first got it I kind of turned my nose at it. Then I tasted it! It is VERY rich, so I can only handle a little at at time. I have spread it on bread, graham crackers and teddy grahams. I am sure there are many more things I could use it for, but that is my preference!
When it comes to pistachio items in this house, my son and I are hooked! The Pistachio spread is GREAT on crackers. I couldn't get enough, and it didn't last very long once my son and I tasted it! You get the pistachio flavor you love, with a bit of sweetness from the creme. It simply is wonderful!
The pistachio pesto was a bit iffy for me at first. However, I mixed it with a creamy garlic sauce and omg it was mouthwatering! We wanted more when we were done. Almost like a potato chip, where you just can't seem to eat just one bite, you crave more. I put this over pasta and sauteed chicken and it was simply amazing!
Overall these products are high quality and just amazing. They are thinking out of the box when they make their items, and it makes for fantastic meals and snacks! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to expand their cupboard items!

I have spread it on bread, graham crackers and teddy grahams. I am sure there are many more things I could use it for, but that is my preference!
When it comes to pistachio items in this house, my son and I are hooked! The Pistachio spread is GREAT on crackers. I couldn't get enough, and it didn't last very long once my son and I tasted it! You get the pistachio flavor you love, with a bit of sweetness from the creme. It simply is wonderful!
The pistachio pesto was a bit iffy for me at first. However, I mixed it with a creamy garlic sauce and omg it was mouthwatering! We wanted more when we were done. Almost like a potato chip, where you just can't seem to eat just one bite, you crave more. I put this over pasta and sauteed chicken and it was simply amazing!
Overall these products are high quality and just amazing. They are thinking out of the box when they make their items, and it makes for fantastic meals and snacks! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to expand their cupboard items!

This thing is so relaxing! I absolutely love it!
You have the option to let the water fall naturally through the standard shower head, like a rainfall, or to switch it to the handheld shower head. Between both options, you're allowed SIX (yes 6!) different functions! Simply turn the face of the shower head (there is even a tab on each to help you do so) and choose your function.
My favorite is the rainfall. Although the jet stream comes in a close second when I feel I need that water massage. Both are very relaxing. Toss in a candle or two and you could have the most relaxing shower of your life!
This is well made, and easy to install. My husband had no issues attaching this to our shower, and he loves it just as much as I do!
The handheld will hang up when not in use, right next to the standard shower head. No dangling shower heads when you aren't using it!
The Chrome looks classy and slick in the shower, if you worry about how it will look. As any other chrome attachment does.

The plank is well done. It looks very vintage, and is clear to read the saying on it. The edges are beveled and complete the look of the board. There are two picture type brackets on the back, for hanging it up on your child's wall.
Each edge of this has been made to look like there is wear and tear on it. Like you've had it around for years. I love that!
This is black, and rustic looking, which works for me. Because it is made from planks of cedar wood, I imagine no two pieces are identical. That's pretty awesome, because it means yours is unique in some way.
The dimensions are 7" x 7" x .75", which means you can pretty much hang it anywhere. It's not going to take up too much space because of this.
This is a great piece of decor for my home, and as much as we love 'sayings' around our house, it fits in well!
