The list of things that this will help with seems forever long. Most of them, I am all for trying! My biggest is because of my RA, and my Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. I am on the computer frequently, and I am hoping that this will help with the hand and wrist pain from always typing and using the mouse.
I have been using this on my wrists and backs of my hands (where my CTS pain is) twice a day for two days now. It is NOT a pain reliever. It's intentions are to help make your joints more flexible so that you don't have near as much pain when doing workouts or daily use. This will not instantly relieve your pain at all.
So far after using for the last two days, I have noticed that my hands and wrists don't cramp up near as quickly.
